We serve New Orleans and the surrounding areas (Westbank, Kenner, Metairie, Slidell) any areas outside of this will be subject to a travel fee.

We offer 3 different packages. - Tiny Play (8x8): intended for small/intimate parties. Only includes a ball pit and a step n' slide. - Mini Play (10x10): Great option for smaller spaces. Intended for 6 or less children. Bounce house and certain pieces of equipment not included. - Little Play (14x14): Largest package, includes a bounce house and all equipment. Intended for 7 or more children.

We know how stressful hosting a party can be so we strive to make the booking process as simple as possible for you! You choose a package & make a deposit to reserve your party date and sign the waiver. No just sit back and relax, we take care of everything else from here! (:

Yes! Our packages come in a base color of white. We will match the ball pit balls, the tunnel and floor mats to your theme colors. We'll also customize the ball pit wall with a happy birthday phrase + any theme designs at no additional charge! If your theme has colors we don’t currently have we will try our best to get them.

We require hard, clean, dry and leveled surfaces to set our soft play equipment on. Ex: indoors, paved ground or dry low cut grass. We will not set up on sand, mud, wet or uneven surfaces. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to set up the soft play area on grass, the floor mats WILL buckle. To prevent buckling - paved ground is best for set up's.

All soft play equipment, gate, floor mats, tent and bounce houses are sanitized throughly before and after each use. We use toxic free, fragrance free, all-natural plant- based disinfectant product to ensure no germs are left behind so your little one and guests can play with no worries.

We do not set up outdoors if it has rained 24 hours prior or if it will rain the day of. When planning on an outdoor set up, please have an indoor or paved area in mind as a back up plan just in case mother nature is not on our side.

All packages have a rental duration of 4 hours. Additional hours can be booked for a fee. If less time is desired we can do an early pick up.

There must be an easy access walk way to the location of your event. Should there be any stairs or elevator you may be subject to a fee.
